EXTERIOR PAINT RESTRICTIONS
The Villas Covenants and Bylaws restrict our exterior colors of paint. The paint colors are available at the HIS Paint Store on Memorial Road and are Tom French Tan and Tom French Clay. John Morgan purchased paint there in early 2021. However, in October 2021, another resident was told that those colors are no longer available. Home Depot will custom mix the colors if you download and copy the formulas on the previous page that contains HOA Minutes. (Board) They are the first document and is entitled VHOA EXTERIOR Paint Colors. If you need help, contact a board member.
